I have never made it nor have I ever had it. But it sounds like it would be glorious.

My mother would cook up something like this every night of the week, and we never thought for a second how much went into her cooking, the complexity, and ingredients and time involved. Watching this video makes me wish we would have complimented her more, said thanks more often.
