I certainly don't do that, I mean I am a lazy bag of potato chips lol.

I like to walk and I do walk when in town shopping and I walk to the local shop to get milk, as for running not that much at all

I like to do cardio when I go to the gym, but I don't run. I do a high incline/fast walk with sprints every couple mins.
