Cooking Soup

What are the secrets of cooking the best soup possible? What spices do you use? What kind of meat? Share your secrets.

For veggie soup, I cook up some stew meat over night in the crock pot. I add water to it to make a broth. The next day, I add lots of veggies, a can of tomatoes, salt, pepper, and beef boullion to it. Makes a very tasty soup.

Polish soup called rosol is exactly the same and you eat it with pasta every Sunday I need to make one asap now <3 hope you feel better- it always helping me as well
