Which game would you consider to be the best strategy game ever made? Do you like turn based strategy games? Or are you more into real time strategy?

Best strategy game? I have to go with the sid meier's civilization franchise. Since 1991 they've been leading the way in strat games. And you know what? After 25 years they are still going strong.
