gaming monitors? Empty gaming monitors?

Do you think the monitors branded "gaming monitors" are worth it? What's the difference compared to regular monitors?
I am a gamer, but I don't know if these would benefit me.

The only difference is the ms(response speed) which is difference between you moving your mouse and the cursor moving on the screen. Gaming monitors generally have a lower MS. But honestly, almost all new monitors have a low response time. I think it more depends on what size you want and how much money you want to spend.
