Best Fighting game

What do you feel is the best fighting game? I myself am very partial to Mortal Kombat. I also love Tekken. To me, these two rate very high on my list for fighting games.

Ive always been partial to WWE/WWF wrestling games. Just because it's a blast to play with friends and be social.

4. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
5.Super Street Fighter IV

Funny you should say that. About ten years ago, my husband and I loved to play WWE games. We would make up characters and go head to head. I sort of forgot about that.

1)Mortal Kombat
2)Soul Calibur
3)Tekken
4)Guilty Gear
5)Blazblue
6)King Of Fighters
7)Marvel vs. Capcom
8)Killer Instinct

In all honesty, I only have 3 favorite tournament fighting games all of the same franchise.

3) Smash 64
2) SM4SH
1) Melee

I personally think Melee and Smash 4 are the best fighting games out there. But that's just me
