Were you ever on one? What did you do it for? What kind of diet was it, what were your restrictions?

All the time. I've struggled with weight my entire life. I have a big family. I never did any crazy diets though. Just cutting out junk food, sugar and fried goods. Trying to make it more of a life style change than a diet I guess.

Did the Paleo diet where carbs were very limited. Lost about 25 pounds on it.
