Anime fans
Anybody here love to watch anime here? Anime is the Japanese animation and unlike cartoons they are not limited from just children. There are thousands of anime and it's impossible to even count their number. I have been watching anime for 6 years now and my favorite genres are action, shonen, comedy and historical.
I have watched all the popular anime like one piece, bleach, naruto....I can go on and on and my list is pretty big. So, are there any anime fans in here?

Well, why don't you give death note a try? If you are not into anime, you would see what anime comprises of and how much action you get to see in just a normal slice of life anime. I know people personally who wanted to watch more anime after giving death note a try.
It's the best anime out there and it would be the first anime, I would recommend for anyone who are not into anime as well as for people who look down on anime. After all, it's not easy to understand the "detective thoughts" of death note.

You would be surprised. Well, just give me a PM for more recommendations. I do know people who would ask me for more recommendations after watching death note. Well, they are not judgmental people who don't look down on anime in the first place and you fit well in that category.
Also, there are some live action movies, with respect to death note. You can also give them a try before watching the actual anime. It will give you a glimpse of the story and believe me it will never be able to hold a candle to the actual series though.
