What food are you not allowed to et?

My girlfriend got a blood test where she found out what foods are ideal for her to live a healthy life and to be frank there were so many things written in red(not allowed). So now she is on a diet and having a though time, but after she is done I am sure she will have a healthier body. So did anyone of you take a test or has some foods they are not allowed to eat?

Really? I didn't even know tests like that existed. Why did she get the test done in the first place? How much did it cost?
