call or text

It used to be hey this in real life then phone call and now texts. My opinion is calling is better than texting . Especially saying thank you. It's polite. Smile what about you how do you think we should communicate through phone?

Texting is easier and more convenient. It get's the point across faster. But calling will always be more professional and the must straight forward way to talk to someone.
