Do you work out?
Working out...how many of you do it on here? I would love to say that I am a huge exercise buff, but I can not lie. I just have a hard time finding time to exercise as much as I should.

I have a gym membership to a 24/7 hour. I had surgery a lil while back so I haven't been working out. But once I fully recover Ill be heading back to the gym again.

Steve, what do you do at the gym? Lift weights, ride a bike? Take classes?

I walk and run on the treadmill. I lift a lot at work, so I tend to focus on cardio at the gym.

I'm not the most perfect or religious guy but I do a lot of push up and sit ups because i eat alot of sugary food and i only do it to burn calories. I do my excerise for an hour and take a shower every day. However I realized while I'm doing exercise I am more motivated to read my salah and give my time to prayer. It also makes me feel good and stronger. It also helps my head work faster and allow me to think and concentrate more better, I recommend everyone do at least a bit of exercise but don't eat any chocolates or cakes like me lol. I'm still struggling to cut down.

Haha, I just got done eating some ice cream! It's so hard for me to avoid it during the summer time.

I do and I love it.
There are so many benefits:
* Makes you feel better
* Better health
* To wash away frustrations, disappointments, etc (how many times you feel sad/mad at the beginning of a run or a swim and by the end of it you feel like that big thing is not so big after all?)
* Helps you think through problems

Not as much as I want to or should:( But I do try to get in a bit each and every day.
