Sleep

So how much sleep do you get these days? I try and get at least 6-7 hours of sleep. But it's getting harder and harder these days. It does take its toll. There is just so much to do that it's hard to sleep. Does anyone else have this problem or do you get your 8hrs every night?

Well, I'm done for I still can't sleep not even to these, I don't know what to do anymore, I just cannot fall asleep no matter how much I want too or how tired I am, I haven't slept for two months now and it's getting unbearable. :'(

Have you went to a doctor? Tried sleeping pills? That sounds like insomnia.

I have to sleep 8 hours to function properly!

I never get enough sleep. Who does these days? Too much to do in such a small amount of time.
