im facing a problem when i make bbq the tast is nice but the meat is not tender its soo chewy and rubbery if u getmy point! what to use as tenderizer in marrinate sauce plz Mad

If you want to get soft meat use mustard and sunflower oil and let the meat stay for a while in there, as for losing the chewyness just fry it more.
