Cooking Fish Empty Cooking Fish

What is the best way of cooking fish in your opinion? Do you like to bake it? Fry it in lots of oil? Maybe even steam fry fish?

I like both baked and fried. Probably fried more, but it's pretty unhealthy for you. So I try and stick with baked lol. I like to add a seasoned breading too. So it's nice and crisp. mmmmmm Very Happy

We usually bake our fish. I season well with salt and pepper and use olive oil or butter and bake it to perfection!
