Do you drink sports drinks? Empty Do you drink sports drinks?

There are almany out there. Are you drinking any? Do they have any effect at all?
So far i felt for only two drinks that they had a slight effect on me but not worth enough.

I drink Gatorade. And yea, it does seem to give me an energy boost and makes me feel really refreshed.
